According to the latest rumors, 2025 for Ubisoft will be a crucial year, characterized by high-caliber releases on the assassins saga including: Assassin’s Creed Shadows (February 14, 2025), postponed to improve quality, this new chapter set in feudal Japan will offer a dark experience and stealth gameplay, in line with the origins of the series, Assassin’s Creed Jade (Q2 2025), a mobile game set in ancient China, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake (November 2025): A remake of the classic pirate game starring Edward Kenway, AC Invictus (2025): A multiplayer PvP experience that brings competitiveness back to the world of Assassins.

Ubisoft’s plan also includes innovative titles and new projects never tackled before: AC Hexe (Winter 2026): A title with a dark atmosphere and a theme linked to witchcraft, Assassin’s Creed 1 Remake (2027): On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the franchise, a remake of the first chapter starring the iconic Altair is planned, Project AC Nebula: A project that will explore three different settings, expanding the narrative, Project AC Raid: A cooperative multiplayer experience, Project AC Echoes: A multiplayer adventure based on cloud technology.

Will Ubisoft be able to get back on its feet or will over-exploiting the assassins’ brand only hurt the French company? Only time will tell.
